Open Blue Cobia may in fact become one of the few, if any, seafood brands you know.  Because traditionally seafood has been either a commodity or branding attempts have come from an outdated production/product oriented perspective, the anitithesis of building a specialty brand such as Open Blue. Our branding extends beyond the hype.  All of those serving you at Open Blue live and breathe our mission and do not waver from it.  Our people are sometimes called ‘walking, talking logo’s’ and that’s fine by us.
